DOUGLAS LOEFGREN

I have been engaged in the practice of law for over 20 years, advocating for the interests of injured persons and victims during the entirety of that time. I graduated from The University of New Mexico in Albuquerque with Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1989, after which time I graduated from the University of Iowa with a Masters of Arts Degree in 1993. Following graduate school, I attended Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee, WI, receiving the Juris Doctor (J.D.) law degree in 1997. I first practiced law in New Mexico and have been actively engaged in the private practice of law in Phoenix since 2003. Currently, I hold law licenses in three states: New Mexico, Wisconsin and Arizona. I am also licensed to practice law in Federal District Court for the District of Arizona.

About – Law Office of Douglas Loefgren 2

My time spent as a prosecutor allowed me to assist crime victims and to gain a wealth of legal knowledge. After prosecution, I had the privilege of working for a very prestigious valley firm in the field of personal injury law. Combining my civil and criminal experience, I have first-chaired three dozen jury trials, far more trials than most lawyers conduct in their entire career. Currently, I am accepting clients who received injuries from automobile collisions, and those that have uninsured and under-insured motorist claims and insurance disputes. I also handle cases involving injuries from dog bites, premises liability claims, wrongful death claims, and the like. I look forward to the opportunity of putting my experience and knowledge to work for you.

LYNDA CULL

I have been working in the legal field since 1983 when I graduated with an AAS in Paralegal Studies. Since that time, I have also earned an AAS in Public Administration and an AAS in Medical Assisting. All of these diverse areas of education have helped as I have chosen to focus my career on the Personal Injury field of law. Currently, I am pursuing a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting. I have worked in the Personal Injury field, on the claimant/plaintiff side, for nearly 30 years and love helping our clients. I believe that if I take time to explain the intricacies of how a claim is processed, then our clients are not only educated, they are empowered. I am married and have two children, both are grown. I am very involved in my church and work with children most frequently. I love to make hand-made cards and do other crafts in my spare time and donate much of what I make to groups serving the military and senior citizens. I grew up in a military family as my father served in the US Army for his career. I’ve lived in many places around the world, starting with Germany where I was born, and decided after high school graduation to make Arizona my home.
